What this covers

This policy covers the LaunchPropFirm marketing site (launchapropfirm.com) and the live demo (demo.launchapropfirm.com). It does not cover any platform you install and operate under your own brand. You set the privacy policy for your own traders.

What we collect

Messages you send via WhatsApp or email. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
Standard hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
No account signup is required to use the demo, so no personal data is collected there beyond what you type into the demo itself.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your contact details with third parties.
We don't run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
We don't email you unless you've messaged us first.

Payment information

Payments are handled directly (bank transfer, crypto) or through the payment processor you choose during checkout conversation. We do not store card numbers or crypto wallet keys on our servers.
