Terms of Service

LaunchPropFirm sells a one time license to a white label prop trading platform (the "Software"), delivered as either source code (Source Code tier) or an installed, configured instance on your own hosting (Launch Ready and Launch Partner tiers). This is a software license, not a franchise, partnership, or ongoing service subscription unless separately agreed in writing.

On full payment, you receive a perpetual, non exclusive license to run and modify the Software under your own brand. You own the instance you operate, including your traders, data, and revenue. You may not resell the Software itself as a white label platform to third parties without a separate reseller agreement.

• Milestone based: 50% to begin work, 50% when you have logged into your own working platform.
• Escrow is accepted on request for buyers who prefer it.
• Split payment plans are available on the Launch Partner tier. Terms confirmed in writing before work begins.

Installation, setup wizard walkthrough, and support windows are scoped per tier on the pricing section. Ongoing hosting costs, domain registration, and third party payment processor fees are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly included in your package.

Trade execution on the platform is simulated against live market pricing. This is the same model used across the funded trader evaluation industry. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any licensing or disclosure requirements for operating a funded trader business. Support windows (30 or 60 days depending on tier) cover setup issues, bugs, and configuration questions related to the delivered version. Feature requests beyond the original scope are quoted separately.

The Software is provided as is. LaunchPropFirm is not liable for trading losses, business outcomes, or third party service outages (hosting, payment processors, market data feeds) that occur after delivery.
