Refund Policy

You pay the first half to start. You only pay the second half once you've logged into your own working platform and confirmed it matches what was demonstrated. If it doesn't, you don't pay the rest. The first half is refunded if the platform cannot be delivered as demonstrated.

• Everything is demonstrated live on a video call before you send anything. You see the exact platform you are buying, not a mockup.
• You pay 50% to begin. Escrow is available on request if you'd rather a neutral third party hold the funds.
• Work begins: installation, branding, and setup on your hosting.
• You log into your own working platform and test it yourself.
• The remaining 50% is due only once you've confirmed access and functionality match what was shown on the call.

If the delivered platform does not match what was demonstrated on the call and the issue cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, the first half payment is refunded in full. This policy applies to the platform itself. It does not cover third party costs you've already paid separately, such as hosting or domain registration.

Because the Source Code tier delivers the complete codebase immediately on payment, refunds are handled case by case rather than under the milestone structure above. Message before buying if you want a live walkthrough first. It costs nothing and often answers most questions upfront.
