Can I add features after launch?
Yes. Feature requests beyond the original scope are quoted separately and can usually be scheduled within a week or two.
My support window ended, now what?
You still own and can run the platform indefinitely. Ongoing support beyond the included window is available on a paid basis. ask for current rates.
Something looks broken on my install.
Send a screenshot or screen recording of the issue. It is usually the fastest way to get a same-day fix.
